Why Choose DTG?
Full-Color Magic: Achieve stunning full-color prints without the added cost of multicolor screen printing.

This is How It's Done!

Important Details to Know

Fabric Matters
100% Cotton Preferred: DTG works significantly better with 100% cotton garments. The ink adheres specifically to cotton fibers, ensuring the best results. Using non-cotton or blended fabrics is at your own risk. For other materials, we recommend exploring transfer printing options.

Print Size & Placement: Maximum Print Area: 14″ x 16″

Seamless Printing: DTG cannot print over seams, hems, or stitches. Ensure your design fits within the flat surface area for optimal quality.

Color Considerations
CMYK Spectrum: DTG prints using CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) color space, which does not support fluorescent or neon shades. To ensure color accuracy, design your graphics in CMYK or convert them before submission.

Printing on Dark Garments: A white base layer is required for dark garments. While DTG provides a vibrant print, it may not be as opaque as screen printing or vinyl.

Care Instructions

Wash With Care: Proper washing is essential to maintain your DTG prints. Incorrect washing may lead to rapid wear and fading of the design.

It provides an in depth order form, as well as a myriad of design ideas that will help you get what you're looking for.

If all else fails, please contact us, and we can help you find a solution that works for your needs.

Yes! DTG allows us to print a single shirt, whereas screen printing we have a minimum of 25 garments. If you need a single shirt, or any other small number of products, DTG is the solution for you.

Dark garments require a step known as 'pretreating' for the ink to adhere to the fabric. This process involves both more time during production, as well as the treatment itself. Likewise, most non-white garments require a white underbase, which is a process that often doubles the amount of ink being utilized. As such, our prices for dark shirts reflects this.

Thanks to the process involved with DTG, we can print almost anything! From portraits to logos, and almost everything in between, we have a broad range of flexibility. We cannot, however, print copyrighted material. No Disney characters, brand logos (IE: Supreme, Gucci, etc), or other protected imagery!

We prefer and appreciate it if you send or upload art in a transparent PNG format, however we can work with EPS and PSD files as well. The higher the resolution the better, as it will be produced as provided unless otherwise established.

We use a high end Brother DTG printer. We've washed our shirts at home and they have not washed out. We cannot guarantee this however, depending on what detergent you utilize.

Yes we do, however please be aware that rush turnaround has additional fees, starting at 10% and increasing dependent on how quickly you want your product in hand.

Unfortunately due to the low volume being ordered, we are unable to offer color matching. The graphic provided will print how the software interprets it. Adjustments can be made but will incur additional run charges.

We understand that sometimes you may want to bring in your own garments, but please read the following carefully before doing so:

  1. 1. We Only Accept What We Can’t Get Ourselves

We will only accept customer-supplied garments if they are items we cannot source through our trusted distributors (e.g., specialty items like technical jackets, blazers, or high-end outerwear).

If the garment is available through our distributor network, we will not accept it.

We purchase thousands of garments each week and qualify for top-tier pricing—chances are, we can get it cheaper and faster than you can.

  2. 2. Think Before You Bring

Would you bring a raw steak to your favorite restaurant and ask them to cook it? Probably not. Supplying your own garments may seem like a money-saving move, but in reality, it adds complexity, risk, and cost to your order.

  3. 3. Spoilage Happens

The industry standard spoilage rate is 2%. For customer-supplied garments, we do not offer replacements for garments damaged or misprinted during production. You are assuming that risk.

  4. 4. Inventory Must Be Accurate

We require a detailed, accurate count and description of all garments being dropped off. No garbage bags of balled up items. No guessing games. If we can’t confirm what was received, we won’t move forward.

  5. 5. Garments Must Be New

We will only print on garments that are brand new—never worn, never washed.

  6. 6. We Can’t Guarantee Print Quality

Some fabrics or coatings interfere with ink or thread adhesion. We’re not responsible for any issues related to poor decoration on garments with unknown or unusual finishes.

Let us do what we do best—source and decorate quality garments for you. It saves everyone time, money, and frustration.

You can, however this requires a more in depth order. Please use our ordering page, or contact us to start the process.

Most prints can be done either as a full front print, full back print, or a pocket print.

Not at this time.

Unless the reason for return is on us (in which case we will give you our best efforts to rectify the problem!) we can not accept returns or offer refunds. As they are custom printed garments to your specifications, we are unable to reuse or resell such items.
